Evolution’s web payroll application is built for simple clients who wish to input payroll, manage employee data, and generate and view reports via the Internet. The Evolution WebClient provides a simple and intuitive interface which clients can easily learn to use. Simple workflows and screen-by-screen guidance make inputting payroll easy for the client, while still providing the service bureau with all of the strengths and back-office capabilities of the Evolution system.
With WebClient, users can generate their own reports with filters, parameters and date ranges or they can simply view scheduled payroll reports which are delivered to the Processed Reports pickup screen. The Processed Reports screen also allows users to view and print checks and download files created by Evolution.
The WebClient is hosted by iSystems in our secure data hosting facility and is branded for the individual service bureau, with the ability to create additional branded sites for third parties and other business partners. The Evolution WebClient is unique from other web payroll products in that your critical client data will still reside on your own secure servers at your processing location. In this way, the service bureau is using one single application for all clients regardless of how they choose to input their payroll and access their company data.
